School Mentorship Program
TYCROP Trailers works closely with schools throughout the Fraser Valley to offer mentorship days. This program allows students to experience first-hand what it’s like to work in assembly line and / or fabrication. Mentorship days usually involve a short introduction to our company, a safety orientation, facility tour, lunch and then work experience on the line with several TYCROP mentors guiding them step-by-step.
This program not only offers work experience, but also careers opportunities. TYCROP Trailers has employed many students from the program with full-time and part-time jobs.
Over 200 students have participated in the Mentorship program from schools across the Chilliwack district. To learn more about how your school can get involved contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
PechaKucha Nights are informal and fun gatherings where creative people get together and share their ideas, works, thoughts, holiday snaps - just about anything, really - in the PechaKucha 20x20 format.
Alan Martens, President of TYCROP Trailers presents these thoughts on creativity and the significant role that creativity can play in growing a successful business.
The sustainable success of our organization goes hand in hand with the quality of our people, our ideas and our leadership. So we want people who strive to be their best, reach for opportunities and build on them.
